The Director of Engineering and Maintenance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of aircraft maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring that our fleet remains fully compliant with safety regulations and operationally ready for ACMI commitments. This leader will oversee the P-145, Part-M, and logistics departments and will manage the maintenance schedules, optimise engineering resources, and drive continuous improvement across all engineering activities. The Director of Engineering and Maintenance will also work closely with regulatory authorities, manage vendors, and partners to uphold the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Role Requirements:
- Right to Work in the EU
- ELP Level 5 is required
- Must be willing to relocate
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, aviation management, hold or have held a B1 or B2 licence
- Be a current Engineering Form 4 PostHolder (deputy considered)
- Proven track record of ensuring compliance with aviation regulations
- Strong project management skills and experience with MRO, quality assurance, and operational audits.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation engineering and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing narrow-body and/or regional aircraft fleet maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on fostering a safety-first culture
